5.2 Theme Enhancements

RFgen 5.2 Themes added globally-accessible and customizable color pallet and factory-provided state-based themes (i.e. Warning, Information, Error, Focus, Disabled etc.)

• View a theme in a device skin - Enable viewing from the Testing Option Menu.

• Theme "System Colors" - Consolidates color choices into system wide (colors accessible to properties outside of themes)
• Note: The "System Menu" in 5.1 is now called the "SideBar" in 5.2. All controls (also called Elements) have their own theme.

Profiles (previously called "Mobile Profiles" in 5.1) can now be setup by device platform. This means you can now create a profile that can be applied to any OS (Android, iOS, Windows, and Windows CE) or, you can create a profile that is specific to a specific OS.

New Graphical Controls.

Many of the property names and property groups have changed significantly with new graphical properties, replacements, and removals. There are too many to list here. The biggest changes to be aware of is the FontSize.

FontSize is typically listed under the Text property group. To accommodate scaling, start with and set your "Normal" fontsize then the numeric values increase or decrease the size relative to the baseline set as Normal. For more details refer to the Graphical Control Properties online help topic.
